When can I fly?
Valid for travel up to 12 months or 15 months (with flexible benefits option) from the date of purchase. You can book up until one (1) hour before the flight for any destination in North America and up to two (2) hours before the flight for international travel.

How can I change or cancel a Flight Pass booking?
Flight Pass bookings can be changed or cancelled up until one (1) hour before departure via the Flight Pass self-service web portal. Changes/cancellations are subject to availability and fees may apply depending on the Flight Pass fare option. Call Air Canada Reservations when changes/cancellations are within one (1) hour of the flight departure or outside of travel agency hours.
Will I receive an itinerary receipt when I book a reservation with my Flight Pass?
An electronic itinerary receipt detailing your flight reservation will be issued upon completion of a flight credit booking.
Can I book flights with my Flight Pass on other airlines?
Flight credits can be used only on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and participating Air Canada Express carriers. Codeshare flights are only permitted on select International Flight Passes.
How can I share my Flight Pass credits with other people?
Multi-traveller options are available in certain zones and the Flight Pass for Business allows credits to be used by multiple travellers. Flight Passes designed for one (1) traveller are non-transferable and can only be used by the designated traveller.

Can I extend unused Flight Pass credits?
You may extend your Flight Pass for a period of additional three months, for a fee. The extension fee and the number of paid extensions permitted per Flight Pass will vary based on the type/category of Flight pass. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the respective Flight Pass.
Flight Passes are valid for Air Canada, Air Canada Express®, Air Canada Rouge®. Codeshare flights are only permitted on select International Flight Passes.

Flight Passes are a prepaid package of electronic one-way flight credits used for travel within a selected geographic zone during a specific period. A Flight Pass is comprised of a fixed or unlimited number of credits that can be managed online with ease.
Flight credit bookings are subject to the attributes, availability, and conditions of the fare option selected. Changes and cancellation fees may apply. All flights on the Flight Pass will accumulate Status Qualifying Miles and Status Qualifying Dollars.

*Eligible Flight Pass activities are defined as the purchase of an eligible Flight Pass of 6, 8, 10, 16 or 20 flight credits (excluding Unlimited Flight Passes and Flight Passes for Business and Flight Passes for Large Corporations); the usage of every 10 eligible flight credits in conjunction with a Flight Pass for Business or Flight Pass for Large Corporations; or the duration of the travel period when you purchase an eligible Unlimited Flight Pass, on a monthly basis. Following an eligible activity, it may take up to three weeks for eUpgrade credits and Status Qualifying Miles and Aeroplan points to be deposited into your account. Note that promotional or time-limited Flight Passes may not be eligible.
